05Questions
Before you move out.
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes. Move-out prices are for an empty home. If boxes or furniture will still be there, add a note when you book and we'll confirm with you before the visit.
Do the water and power need to be on?
Yes. We need both to clean the fridge, oven and floors. Please keep them on until we're done.
How do you get in?
A lockbox, a door code or a key — from you, your landlord or your agent. Codes are kept only in our booking system, never on paper.
Will I get my deposit back?
Your landlord decides that. What we promise: a move-out clean, inside every cabinet, closet and appliance. If your landlord or agent flags anything we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it, free.
How soon can you come?
As soon as two days from today. The times in the booking form are real openings — pick one and you're booked.
Is a move-in clean the same?
Yes. Same job, same price: an empty home cleaned top to bottom, before your things arrive.
Do you clean carpets or outside windows?
No. We vacuum carpets and clean the inside window sills and tracks. We don't steam-clean carpets or wash outside windows.
When do I pay?
Nothing today. We send an invoice after the visit.
