When you book, we collect your name, phone number, email, address and ZIP code, the size of your home or office, the plan and time you choose, and any notes you add.

We also note how you found us (for example, an ad or a search) so we know which advertising works.

If you apply to partner with us, we collect the details you put in that form.

How we use it

To schedule and carry out your cleaning, to contact you about your booking by text, phone or email, and to send invoices.

We share your address, entry details and notes only with the team assigned to your visit.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site, such as which pages they visit and whether they complete a booking. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your device, browser and approximate location. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records while you're a client and for as long as we need them for taxes and accounting. Ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

California residents can ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing — though we don't sell or share it. To make a request, call or text us.
